At Alder Jewellers Paris, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and original condition jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry in its original Alder Jewellers velvet box and protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely back to our atelier.

• 3.
  Shipping Labels

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
